All orders placed before 2.00 pm will be sent by overnight courier for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 2.00 pm are dispatched the following day.
An order placed at 10:30am on a Tuesday will be dispatched the same day and delivered on Wednesday. However an order placed at 16:30 on a Tuesday will not be dispatched until Wednesday and delivered until Thursday.
Friday dispatches are delivered on Monday and orders after 14:00 on a Friday are not delivered until the following Tuesday.
Please be aware that deliveries to certain postcodes - e.g. to the Scottish Highlands – can take a little longer. Please see below for details.

Cancellation and returns
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:
All Frozen baits and any shelf life baits that have been opened and unsealed including particles, pellets, dips, pastes etc. Any shelf life baits that have not been opened or have not had the seal or packaging opened or damaged in any way will be accepted back for a return subject to inspection by a member of Danson Angling.
No returns will be accepted on terminal tackle unless a manufacturing fault is present or if the packaging has been damaged or the product has been used in any way. Terminal tackle that has been unopened and unused will be accepted back as a return subject to inspection by a member of the Danson Angling.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or phone us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or described wrong.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
